Igår sa vi hejdå till Larry på flygplatsen här i Port Macquarie. Så i två veckor framåt blir det vi som tar hand om Spotty Doo! Det är inte ett dåligt ställe att vara på, Port Macquarie. Det är en mysig stad och det finns många stränder. Och sedan vi kom hit har vi sett delfiner nästan varje dag. Igår hade vi riktig tur och fick se dem alldeles nära för de hade simmat upp längs ån som går genom staden. Vi hade perfekt timing och var där precis när delfinerna var där.

 Yesterday we said good bye to Larry at the airport here in Port Macquarie. So during two weeks it will be Alex and me looking after Spotty Doo! It's not a bad place to be, Port Macquarie.  It's a cozy town and it's got many beaches. And since we came here we have seen dolphins almost every day. Yesterday we were really lucky and got to see them very close because they had swum up the river that runs through town. We had perfect timing and were there just when the dolphins were there.

 

 

 

En till djurbild när vi ändå är igång. Den här bilden tog Alex idag och jag redigerade bort alla färger utom just fåglarna. Bara för att få dem att sticka ut ännu mer. Vilka konstverk de är!

 Another animal photo while we're at it. Alex took this photo today and I edited all the colors away execpt for birds' colors. Just to make them stand out even more. They are like a natural piece of art!

I förmiddags när vi var nere på stranden med Spot hade jag inte tänkt bada, för det var inte så varmt idag. Det var inte soligt i alla fall. Men jag blev ändå lite varm under promenaden och havet lockade i mig i vattnet ändå. Kallt och skönt! Alex doppade sig också, och Spot med, det gör han alltid när vi kommer ner till stranden.

 This morning when were walking Spot down at the beach I hadn't planned to swim, because it wasn't very hot today. It wasn't sunny anyway. But I got a bit warm when we were walking and the ocean seduced me again so I went in the water. Nice and cold! Alex took a dip as well, and Spot too, he always does when we get down to the beach.

 

 

 

 

Det är kul att höra hur många komplimanger Spot får när vi är ute och går. Jättemånga personer stannar och säger "Åh vilken fin hund" och andra trevliga kommentarer.

It's nice to hear all the compliments Spot get when we walk around. Lots of people stop and say "Aw what a beautiful dog" and other nice comments.
